Tullahoma is 0-10 against Coffee County Central since April of 2019 but things could change on Sunday. The Wildcats will square off against the Red Raiders at 3:00 p.m. Tullahoma is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.6 runs per game this season.

Tullahoma made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Giles County, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Wildcats fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Wildcats couldn't push the score so high this time.

Tullahoma saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addyson Norman, who went 1-for-4 with one triple. That triple was Norman's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Coffee County Central came up short against Forrest on Saturday and fell 4-1. The loss continues a trend for the Red Raiders in their meetings with the Rockets: they've now lost six in a row.

Lily Norman spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on six hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.

Coffee County Central's defeat dropped their record down to 19-12. As for Tullahoma, their loss dropped their record down to 16-8.

Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Tullahoma has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.9 hits per game. However, it's not like Coffee County Central struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 4.3 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Tullahoma couldn't quite get it done against Coffee County Central in their previous meeting back in March as they fell 5-1. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
