Volleyball Recap: Hills-Beaver Creek Comes Up Short

Hills-Beaver Creek lost against Russell-Tyler-Ruthton back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Patriots came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hills-Beaver Creek's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Russell-Tyler-Ruthton, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Looking ahead, Hills-Beaver Creek will host Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Russell-Tyler-Ruthton, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Kenyon-Wanamingo on the 19th.
