Preview: Klein Collins Tigers vs. Klein Forest Eagles
The Klein Collins Tigers will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Klein Forest Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Klein Collins unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 64-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tomball Memorial.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Greg Jackson iii, who scored 17 points along with six assists and two blocks. That's the first time this season that he posted two or more blocks. Another player making a difference was Almoni Malone, who scored seven points along with five rebounds and three blocks.
Klein Forest suffered their closest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They fell just short of Klein Cain by a score of 47-45.
Klein Collins' defeat dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Klein Forest, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-8.
