Basketball Recap: Riverview Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Riverview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 66-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Strawberry Crest Chargers. If the Sharks were looking for revenge after losing 51-50 to the Chargers when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Riverview's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Strawberry Crest, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Riverview and Strawberry Crest will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Sharks see the court they'll take on Cardinal Mooney at 7:00 p.m. on January 5, 2026. As for Strawberry Crest, their break will end when they face Brandon at 8:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
