Baseball Recap: Hawkins Hawks vs. Quitman Bulldogs

Hawkins never got on the board in their matchup on Saturday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Quitman on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Quitman Bulldogs as they made off with an 11-1 victory. The Hawks not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since February 4th.

Trevin Tanner and Landen Burns did most of the damage at the plate: Tanner scored three runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances, while Burns went 2-for-3 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. The dominant performance gave Tanner a new career-high in runs. Landen MrDak was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-2.
