Baseball Recap: Brayden Dubbs' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Bald Eagle Area over Mifflin County

After flying high against Bishop Carroll on Tuesday, Bald Eagle Area came back down to earth. The Eagles wound up with the same score they had in their last game (13-3), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Bald Eagle Area saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Dubbs, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Bald Eagle Area has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Mifflin County, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bald Eagle Area will host Westmont Hilltop at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mifflin County, they will welcome Mount Union at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
