Beaver Falls scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 76-63 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ellwood City Wolverine. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Wolverine: they've now lost five in a row.

Ellwood City found their leader in sophomore Kaleb Servick, who went 5 of 12 en route to 21 points along with eight assists and three steals. That's the most assists Servick has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Chuckie Schweinsberg, who posted 14 points and seven boards.

Beaver Falls' loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Ellwood City, their win bumped their record up to 13-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beaver Falls has already played their next matchup (against Rochester), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ellwood City will square off against Aliquippa at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Aliquippa will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Ellwood City surely won't give up without a fight.
