While Kennedy's win against DeLaSalle wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Islanders 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted since May 6, 2024.

Kennedy's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-4. As for DeLaSalle, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.
