Shadyside has gone 9-1 against Bridgeport recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Shadyside Tigers will be playing at home against the Bridgeport Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. Bridgeport took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Shadyside, who comes in off a win.

Fans were treated to a Battle of the Tigers on Thursday. Shadyside breezed by Wellsville to the tune of 60-27. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Shadyside.

Meanwhile, Bridgeport was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 40-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of Clay-Battelle. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 782nd in Ohio, while the Cee-Bees are ranked 113th in West Virginia).

Shadyside's win bumped their record up to 5-16. As for Bridgeport, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.

Everything came up roses for Shadyside against Bridgeport when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 52-19 victory. Does Shadyside have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bridgeport turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
