Basketball Recap: Juneau-Douglas Comes Up Short

Juneau-Douglas played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Monroe Catholic Rams, falling 76-55. The Crimson Bears were down 55-34 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Juneau-Douglas dropped their record down to 8-14 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Monroe Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 12-7.

While Juneau-Douglas had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
