Baseball Game Preview: Pueblo West Cyclones vs. Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans

For the second straight game, Pueblo West will face off against Fountain-Fort Carson. The Cyclones will challenge the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Pueblo West has four straight victories, Fountain-Fort Carson has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Pueblo West got a massive performance out of Jaiven Baca, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Those four RBI gave Baca a new career-high. Blake Mares was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
