 It may have taken  eight innings to finish the job, but Logan ultimately got the result they hoped for  on Tuesday. They walked away with  a   5-2  win over the Chapmanville Regional Tigers. That's more bragging rights for Logan, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
  Charlie Albright spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two  runs (both of which were unearned)  on eight hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Lacy Curry, who  went 3-for-3 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.
 Logan has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record  this season. As for Chapmanville Regional, their loss  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 13-4.
