Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Arcanum

Arcanum extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Matthew Mccans. The Arcanum Trojans enjoyed a cozy 48-32 win over the National Trail Blazers on Tuesday thanks in part to Mccans, who went 6-for-12 en route to 18 points along with six rebounds and three steals. He is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 43% in the last three games he's played.

Another player making a difference was Cohen Etherington, who posted six points. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in steals (two).

Arcanum's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-8. As for National Trail, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-13.

Arcanum didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-44 win against Newton Local on the 14th. As for National Trail, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 58-31 loss against Franklin Monroe on the 14th.
