Basketball Recap: Austin Takes a Loss

Austin lost against James Clemens back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Austin Black Bears fell just short of the James Clemens Jets by a score of 40-38. The Black Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Austin's record is now 6-17. As for James Clemens, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

When Austin and James Clemens next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Austin will try to stop Hartselle's four-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, James Clemens will take on Bob Jones and their three-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
