For Shawsheen Valley Tech, this counts as revenge for the 64-41 loss Lowell Catholic walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.
Janae Holmes and Meredith Morey certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Holmes scored 11 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals, while Morey scored 4 points along with 8 rebounds and 4 steals. Another player making a difference was Rylie Hogan, who scored 3 points along with 3 steals.
Shawsheen Valley Tech's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Lowell Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
