Softball Recap: Scranton Comes Up Short

Scranton lost to Lamar back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rockets came up short against the Warriors, falling 8-2. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Scranton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Lamar, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Scranton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-2 victory against Atkins on the 14th. As for Lamar, they will challenge Sacred Heart at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
