Bishop England entered their tilt with Hilton Head Island on Tuesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Seahawks. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-0 win on September 11th.

Bishop England was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 17-25, 25-15, 25-22.

Bishop England got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kate Cochran out in front who had 13 digs and two aces. Cochran has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Grace Stroud, who had 15 digs and six aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Bishop England was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. They are a perfect 5-0 when they serve at least ten aces.

Bishop England's record is now 11-7. As for Hilton Head Island, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-17.

Coincidentally, Bishop England and Hilton Head Island will both be playing May River the next time they take the court. The Battling Bishops will host the Sharks at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Seahawks will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
