Basketball Recap: Keyport Takes a Loss

Keyport was the 66-45 winner over Perth Amboy Vo-Tech when they last played one another back in January of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Keyport Raiders were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 44-43 to the Perth Amboy Vo-Tech Patriots.

Keyport's loss dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Perth Amboy Vo-Tech, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Keyport and Perth Amboy Vo-Tech are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Keyport will challenge New Providence on Wednesday. Keyport is facing New Providence at the right time seeing as New Providence is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Perth Amboy Vo-Tech, they will take on Middlesex on Wednesday.
