Softball Preview: Reedsburg Beavers vs. Portage Warriors

The Reedsburg Beavers will be playing at home against the Portage Warriors at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Reedsburg is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.

On Thursday, Reedsburg suffered a rough 14-7 defeat at the hands of Stoughton.

Elizabeth Haag made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with a home run, three runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Gretchen Rockweiler, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Portage never let their opponents score on Thursday. They came out on top against Edgewood by a score of 4-0.

Not much got past Ally Saloun, who gave up just three hits to keep Edgewood off the board.
