Urbana is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 13th straight game dating back to last season on Friday. They were outmatched by Champaign Central on the road and fell 59-6. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-6.

Meanwhile, Bloomington put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 48-16 win over Normal West on the road. The Purple Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 27 points or more this season.
