Baseball Recap: Franklin-Simpson Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Franklin-Simpson's offense. They came up short against the South Warren Spartans on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Spartans: they've now lost eight in a row.

Franklin-Simpson's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for South Warren, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Franklin-Simpson will face off against Monroe County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Warren, they will square off against Warren East at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
