North Point won the last time they faced Westlake and things went their way on Friday too. The North Point Eagles came out on top against the Westlake Wolverines by a score of 51-38.

Westlake's loss came despite strong showings from Ethan Minkah and Waylin Duhon, Jr.. Minkah posted seven points and four blocks, while Duhon, Jr. earned six points. Those four blocks gave Minkah a new career-high.

North Point's victory bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Westlake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-15.

Looking ahead, North Point will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Patuxent at 6:30 p.m. North Point is facing Patuxent at the right time seeing as Patuxent is stuck on a 16-game losing streak. As for Westlake, they will head out to square off against Thomas Stone at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
