Everything went their way against the Fort Bend Elkins Knights on Tuesday as the Ridge Point Panthers made off with a 17-2 victory. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won five in a row.
Sadie Dasher looked comfortable as she tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. What's more, she gave up only two walks, the fewest she's had since back in April of 2024.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Maliyah Lewis, who fired off two home runs, five RBI, and one triple while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Alysa Perez, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
Ridge Point lost a few balls and finished the game with four home runs. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fort Bend Elkins didn't launched any home runs.
