Montpelier had already won 14 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.3 points) and they went ahead and made it 15 on Monday. They breezed past the U-32 Raiders to the tune of 79-49. Given the Solons' advantage in MaxPreps' Vermont basketball rankings (they are ranked second, while the Raiders are ranked 41st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
