Soccer Game Preview: Mount Tabor vs. North Davidson + How To Watch

The Mount Tabor Spartans will square off against the North Davidson Black Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Mount Tabor has four straight victories, North Davidson has six straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Mount Tabor's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They blew past Glenn 4-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Mount Tabor were the better team in the second half.

They hit Glenn with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Bowen Blackwell (2), Sam Byers, and Graham Francis.

Meanwhile, North Davidson didn't have quite enough to beat Oak Grove on Wednesday and fell 3-2.

North Davidson's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Mount Tabor, their win bumped their record up to 11-4-1.

Mount Tabor took their victory against North Davidson in their previous meeting back in September of 2022 by a conclusive 4-0 score. Will the Spartans repeat their success, or do the Black Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
