Soccer Recap: Deer Park Takes a Loss

The matchup between Deer Park and Wyoming on Tuesday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Wildcats came up short against the Cowboys, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Deer Park can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 504th, while Wyoming are ranked 42nd).

Deer Park's loss dropped their record down to 2-12-1. As for Wyoming, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Deer Park will face off against Felicity-Franklin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wyoming, they will challenge Oakwood at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday.
