Hamilton posted their closest win since March 8th on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Hackleburg Panthers 7-5. The win continues a trend for the Aggies in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won six in a row.

Hamilton's victory bumped their record up to 16-14. As for Hackleburg, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 17-6 record.

Coincidentally, Hamilton and Hackleburg will both be playing Winfield the next time they take the field. The Panthers will head out to face the Pirates at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Aggies will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
