Basketball Recap: Morris Takes a Loss

On Friday, the Morris Bulldogs came up short against the Madison Central Blue Devils and fell 74-64. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 301st, while the Blue Devils are ranked 66th).

Morris dropped their record down to 3-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Madison Central, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Morris will challenge Hamer at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Hamer will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Morris surely won't give up without a fight. As for Madison Central, they will head out on the road to face off against Otselic Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
