Soccer Recap: Richland Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Richland was not quite Lewis & Clark's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1. Richland's loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Evyn McLellan, which was the first he's scored this season.

Richland's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Lewis & Clark, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0-1.

Richland didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 7-0 victory against Walla Walla on the 4th. As for Lewis & Clark, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 9-0 win against Shadle Park on the 2nd.
