Volleyball Recap: Tilden Takes a Loss

Tilden was the 2-0 winner over ACERO Garcia when they last played one another on April 5th, but their luck changed this time around. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 2-1 on Thursday.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Tilden sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-20, 9-25, 25-22.

Tilden's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for ACERO Garcia, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Tilden is set to take on their familiar foe Back of the Yards College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, ACERO Garcia will challenge rival Juarez at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
