Aberdeen and Hoquiam are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2018, but not for long. The Aberdeen Bobcats will take on the Hoquiam Grizzlies at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Aberdeen will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

Last Wednesday, Aberdeen came up short against Forks and fell 59-51. While the Bobcats didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Spartans 23-14 in the first quarter.

Despite the loss, Aberdeen had strong showings from Jhacob Quezada, who posted 20 points, and Ryker Scott, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.
