Volleyball Recap: Enochs Takes a Loss

Enochs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Beyer Patriots. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-12, 18-25, 25-21.

Beyer was led to victory by Cruz Hibbard and Mustafa Samadi. Hibbard had 15 assists and six digs, while Samadi had seven digs and three aces. Hibbard has been hot recently, having posted 13 or more assists the last three times he's played.

Enochs' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Beyer, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Enochs has already played their next matchup (against Merced), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Beyer, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Big Valley Christian at 6:30 p.m.
