Waverly has gone 7-2 against Lyndon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Waverly Bulldogs will venture away from home to take on the Lyndon Tigers.

Fans were treated to a Battle of the Bulldogs on Friday. Waverly received a blow as they fell 41-23 to Chase County. The loss continues a trend for Waverly in their matchups with Chase County: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Lyndon strolled past Central Heights with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 47-28. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Lyndon's record now sits at 11-6. As for Waverly, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Waverly came up short against Lyndon when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 40-34. Can Waverly avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
