Whiteland came out on top against Mooresville on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive nine-run second inning. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Pioneers. That looming 14-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Warriors yet this season.

Whiteland pushed their record up to 14-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Mooresville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-10 record this season.

When Whiteland and Mooresville next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose.
