Recap: Hylton Bulldogs vs. Forest Park Bruins

The Hylton Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their sixth straight loss. They took a 51-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Forest Park. Hylton was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Forest Park apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

Hylton's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Diamond Johnson, who scored 19 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Johnson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mara Crawford, who scored 11 points.

Hylton's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-20. As for Forest Park, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-18.

Hylton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-20 loss vs. Charles J. Colgan on the 9th. Forest Park has also already played their next game, a 75-56 defeat against Woodbridge on the 8th.
