On Friday, the Webberville Spartans were fully in charge, breezing past the Calvary Baptist Academy Kings 76-41. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 21 points or more this season.

Several Kings players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brayden Daniels, who went 6 for 11 on his way to 13 points and six boards. That's the most rebounds Daniels has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Zach Doughty, who posted seven points and six boards.

Webberville's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Calvary Baptist Academy, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.
