Clark/Willow Lake and Great Plains Lutheran are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2018, but not for long. The Cyclones will venture away from home to face off against the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Clark/Willow Lake is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Clark/Willow Lake will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Roncalli, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Cyclones were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cavaliers on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Great Plains Lutheran posted their closest victory since September 9th on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over Deuel. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won three in a row.

Great Plains Lutheran took Deuel into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-18, 19-25, 22-25, 15-9.

Clark/Willow Lake's record now sits at 17-0. As for Great Plains Lutheran, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Clark/Willow Lake couldn't quite get it done against Great Plains Lutheran when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Cyclones avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
