Football Recap: Walt Lee and Josh Cabatit Secure Win for Terrell Academy + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Terrell Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victors by a 35-14 margin over the Windsor Academy Knights on Friday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Eagles' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

A big part of Terrell Academy's win came down to the chemistry between Josh Cabatit and his top target Walt Lee. Cabatit rushed for 84 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 11 carries while Lee gained 79 total yards and two touchdowns. Cabatit also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because Terrell Academy is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.

Although Windsor Academy took the loss, they still got scores from Willis Odom and Heath Woodard.

Terrell Academy now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Windsor Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Looking ahead, Terrell Academy will take on Valwood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Valiants have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Windsor Academy, they will face off against Flint River Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will give the Knights their first taste of in-conference action this season.
