Manheim Central has gone 9-1 against Cocalico recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Barons are taking a road trip to face off against the Eagles at 4:15 p.m. Manheim Central will be strutting in after a win while Cocalico will be coming in after a defeat.

On Tuesday, Manheim Central earned a 5-1 victory over Warwick. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Barons.

Hunter Garber was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one stolen base. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Book, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Cocalico was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 7-3 to Eastern Lebanon County. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Dane Horning was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs. Nick McArdle also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Manheim Central's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Cocalico, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-11.

Manheim Central took their victory against Cocalico in their previous matchup on April 7th by a conclusive 12-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Barons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
