Frederick entered their tilt with Governor Thomas Johnson on Wednesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They secured a 70-66 W over the Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots. This was a revenge game for the Cadets: when they faced off against the Patriots back in December of 2024, they had to take a 71-65 defeat.

Frederick is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.7 points per game. As for Governor Thomas Johnson, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Frederick will head out to square off against North Hagerstown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North Hagerstown knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Frederick likes a good challenge. As for Governor Thomas Johnson, they will challenge South Hagerstown on Friday.
