Templeton was the 9-8 winner over Atascadero when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Templeton Eagles fell just short of the Atascadero Greyhounds by a score of 14-12 on Friday. Templeton has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jessie Branch and Bailey Fiorenza stepped up to the plate in a big way. Branch got on base in four of her five plate appearances with four RBI, a run, and a double, while Fiorenza scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
