Basketball Recap: Berlin/New Lebanon Takes a Loss

Berlin/New Lebanon lost against Mechanicville back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Berlin/New Lebanon Mountain Lions were dealt a 78-38 defeat at the hands of the Mechanicville Red Raiders. The Mountain Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-16.

This is the second loss in a row for Berlin/New Lebanon and nudges their season record down to 2-14. As for Mechanicville, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Berlin/New Lebanon will head out to square off against Waterford-Halfmoon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mechanicville has already played their next matchup, a 74-44 victory against Tamarac on the 5th.
