Preview: Crawford Rams vs. Hemingford Bobcats
The Crawford Rams will head out on the road to challenge the Hemingford Bobcats on Friday. Hopefully Crawford focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 on Thursday.
Crawford struggled with threes on Thursday (Hay Springs had five more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Crawford was dealt a 67-39 loss at the hands of Hay Springs.
Taylor Homan was Crawford's leading scorer, having posted 14 points. Homan also led the team in assists with three.
Carter Rudloff held things down on the boards with 14 rebounds.
Meanwhile, everything went Hemingford's way against Bayard on Monday as Hemingford made off with a 66-41 victory.
Crawford's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Hemingford, their win bumped their record up to 8-13.
Crawford was able to grind out a solid win over Hemingford in their previous meeting back in January, winning 46-36. Will Crawford repeat their success, or does Hemingford have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
