Volleyball Recap: Grandview Takes a Loss

If Grandview was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Guadalupe Centers last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oak Park Northmen on Saturday.

Sebastian Williams paced Grandview's offense, picking up four kills. Williams were helped by Alan Uncal-Ramirez and Rashad Williams, who contributed three assists each.

Grandview's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, Grandview and Oak Park will both be playing Raymore-Peculiar the next time they take the court. The Northmen will head out to face the Panthers at 9:40 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 10:30 a.m.
