Basketball Recap: Edison Tech Comes Up Short

Edison Tech's last matchup with World of Inquiry could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. The Inventors came up short against the Griffins, falling 74-48. The defeat continues a trend for the Inventors in their meetings with the Griffins: they've now lost three in a row.

Edison Tech's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for World of Inquiry, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Edison Tech won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Monroe at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Inventors will need to watch out since the Red Jackets have now posted at least 55 points in their last 12 contests. World of Inquiry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
