Skyline had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ash Grove Pirates. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Skyline was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-14, 25-11.

Tymber Pinon paced Skyline's offense, picking up 16 kills. Pinon got some help from Leslie Caselman and her 19 assists. Finally, Pinon was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high six blocks.

Skyline's victory bumped their record up to 16-8-2. As for Ash Grove, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12-1.
