Baseball Recap: Mitchell Takes a Loss

Mitchell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Arvada Bulldogs, falling 10-0.

Mitchell's record is now 3-19. As for Arvada, they pushed their record up to 11-7 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Mitchell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Arvada, they will take on Aurora Central at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Trojans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.5 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
