Nobody could stop Carissa Wenner on Wednesday as she pitched seven innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fifth in a row with less than two walks. This year, she has been strong no matter where she plays. On the mound, she has an ERA of 2.80 over 30 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat she has slashed 0.407/0.500/0.519 with 17 RBI.

Looking ahead, Wenner and Lower Dauphin will head out on the road to square off against Elizabethtown at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
