Basketball Game Preview: Brookstone Cougars vs. Loganville Christian Academy Lions

Having just played yesterday, the Brookstone Cougars will jump right back in to play the Loganville Christian Academy Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Brookstone will head into Friday's game on the come-up: they were handed a 21-point loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They skirted past George Walton Academy 53-51. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cougars as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Loganville Christian Academy). They enjoyed a cozy 64-49 win over Trinity Christian on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Lions as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Loganville Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Brookstone, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.
