Soccer Recap: Lee Christian Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lee Christian can now relate to. They fell just short of the Kerr-Vance Academy Spartans by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Lee Christian couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Kaleigh Wilson, who's now up to 20 this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Lee Christian and nudges their season record down to 7-7. As for Kerr-Vance Academy, their win bumped their record up to 6-14-2.

Lee Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kerr-Vance Academy, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 4-0 defeat against Bradford Academy on the 9th.
